[Mono-osx] Interoping to OSX Frameworks

Have you looked at:
http://code.google.com/p/mobjc/ and http://code.google.com/p/mcocoa/
or
http://www.monobjc.net/

Both allow Mono applications to easily interact with OSX Frameworks.  We are
currently using mobjc/mcocoa.
