[Mono-osx] Me, Mono and the C# compiler can't find the class HttpWebRequest...

Ahem, thanks a lot, I located the problem...

I had to put "System" to the References. 
(Whoever invented that - wots the point about that?)

Now I added System.Text to the import declarations and am now able to use
the class "Encoding".

I am so glad and happy about that.

May come the day when I will find out what the reason of the "References"
tree was and why the "using" import declarations hide the stuff away from me
and how one could get out of of a maze like that.
