[Mono-osx] offline docs for macs

woo woo!

thanks for working on this -- it's really nice to have offline docs.  let me know if there's something i can do to help, though i'm not much of a C# programmer.....

one more request: it would be really great if F# docs were in there too -- tomas p. somehow got it into the Monodoc autosuggest so it must be possible.  probably the same is true for ironpython et al.

ps this is much better than the tiny python script i wrote to dump the monodoc contents to static html files, which has a lot of problems : it is very slow (it takes hours and hours to finish), the final dump is on the order of .5GB and is probably incomplete.  also it doesn't pick up the F# documentation -- do you know how to get that?
