[Mono-osx] Mono CSDK help

hello
I'm currently trying to embed mono into my application (it's a command-line
application if it matters) so users don't have to download mono for OS X or
Linux.
Now I've installed the CSDK to embed, but...I have no clue what to do now.
Can someone help me or link me to a somewhat-tutorial?
