[Mono-osx] [MonoMac] Connect or Export for observer bindings?

I have seen a few commits and the samples changed that mention Connect and
> Export.  What is the correct way to handle the observer bindings now?

My bad, I should have communicated this.

Yes, it turns out that my whole explanation about [Connect] was wrong.
Connect is used for backing storage in the NSObject, while [Export] is the
only valid item for exposing names to KVC.

That being said, I have not been able to make the PopupSample work with
these changes.
