[Mono-osx] Installing the right nant for mono

Hi

Trying to get libopenmv running on a OSX 10.6 mac mini.  Mono and the
version of nant that comes with it are installed (following the instructions
here: http://lib.openmetaverse.org/wiki/Getting_Started) but apparently I
need to update nant as libopenmv won't work with the bundled version.  This
is where I'm stuck I've downloaded nant-0.86-beta1 but don't know how to
install it (am I supposed to be installing it through Mono in terminal?) or
where to install it so that Mono finds it and not the older version.

If anyone could point me at details on how this is done I'd be very
grateful.  Thanks in advance.
