[Mono-osx] 64-bit OSX support

Awesome!  I've got it compiled/running and will let you know of any issues I
come up with.   Note: I was never even able to get the 32-bit mono compiled
(on snow leopard), so this is a HUGE step forward for me!  Thanks!

Any thoughts on getting mod_mono in with the OSX packages along with the
64-bit upgrade?  It would really be great to have a drop-in to get mono
running on os x and os x server.
