[Mono-osx] rmmod on OS X?

Is there an OS X equivalent of the Linux command /sbin/rmmod?
I try to use libusb on OS X with mono. With the same app on Mono/OpenSuse I
have to remove an usb-module before I can use the usb-port. I suppose, it
may be the same in OS X, but there I don't find rmmod.
