[Mono-osx] General cross-platform issues and considerations

The original implementation of Windows Forms for Mac OS X was based on X11.
They moved it to Carbon. I don't think it's very usable although it is
technically working.

The X11 version can still be used, I think, with some kind of parameter for
Mono.
