[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop 2.0

Hi all.

I'm very pleased to see the release of Mono 2.4, but the download for
MonoDevelop is the same version that has been there for a couple of months
now (Alpha 2 release).

Any news on when this will be updated to the final 2.0 version?  There
doesn't seem to be a Mac build on the MonoDevelop website either (at least,
not yet).
