[Mono-osx] Ironpython on Macosx problem

Obviously ImageMagick is not IronPython, so someone or something has  
installed another application /usr/bin/ipy on your machine. Either  
replace it or change your PATH environment variable or use an absolute  
path to invoke the correct IronPython executable.
