[Mono-osx] Win form will not quit from dock. You must do 'force quit'.

A standard 'Win' form application won't quit from the dock.  

Tested on:  Mac OS X 10.5 and OS X 10.4 using mono 2.2 and mono 2.4 RC2.
You have to do a force quit.  It does quit nicely if there is a form on the
screen and you click the red close button however.
