[Mono-osx] Mono forms are wowrking on osx but closing, minimise, maximise buttons are not take the mac os look , it looks like mono window..........????

HI .

               In my leopard mac os machine ,mono application works fine but
the look and feel of the mono forms are still like older one, like closing
,minimise,maximise button of forms looks like mono form ,it does not looks
like mac os forms in mac os environment,....................the remaining
application also has some alingment issue for the button control.I am taking
all the dlls with exe file in one folder and run the application through
terminal window with mono. My project is already complied with gmcs. also i
have tried macpack for to do this , but when i clicked on the .app file then
nothing happens..........???  
Please suggest me any procedure to do this
stuff,........................?????
