[Mono-osx] Announcing Mono 2.4.2p1...

There is no link to the CSDK on that page (there was for maybe a few minutes).  People who know what it is can find it themselves.

    Heh, sorry, I missed the part of the file name with "CSDK" :)

    Andrew, could you make the download page more explicit on what the
CSDK download is?
