[Mono-osx] Where can I find the CSDK download?

Solved.  Read another entry which mentioned copying the download link for
mono and chopping off
the filename.  That got me to the directory.

Certainly not the optimum solution for software that folks need but it
worked.  Maybe a link
on the Mac OSX download page would be better.
