[Mono-osx] Mono 2.4.2 installation steps.

Hello all,

Is there a place we should go to get the CSDK headers.  Now that the latest
version of the 2.4.2-1 release is out, the CSDK headers are missing.  I'm
not sure where I should get the glib headers for the latest release of
mono.  Is there going to be a CSDK download generally?
