[Mono-osx] GAC Path Issues, MonoDevelop missing many libs

So I've just installed the Mono 2.0.1 package, which installed MonoDevelop
2.0 Alpha 1. Everything works great, (except for really odd GUI glitches,
like menu highlights and solution browser redraw problems) and it is clearly
running a GTK interface. However, MonoDevelop does not see all of the GTK
assemblies, nor many others that should be there like glib, glade, etc

The libraries are in the framework folder, if I add them manually to
applications by browsing to the DLLs I can add them, but this makes the
whole point of the IDE kinda useless.

Is there some way I can tell MONO and MonoDevelop where to look for the
DLLs?

Running OSX Leopard 10.5.5
Mono 2.0.1
MonoDevelop 2.0 Alpha 1 (1.9)
