[Mono-osx] A very basic question-- running Win .net exe on Mac OS X w/ Mono

I'm not sure-- I know you have to install the .NET framework to use it. Does
that not necessarily mean it's a .NET program? I remember entering some
other command I saw from the Mono guide and it spit out some nonsense
characters and said something about it being a Win32 program.
