[Mono-osx] [MonoDevelop] Btw, is MD supposed to work on OS X "out of the box" in 2.4 RC?

Does anyone know why (and the ETA - if there is one) the debugger
doesn't work on OS X?  From what I gather it's not MD's fault; it's
not enabled in the core Mono framework.
