[Mono-osx] error found in installation

Hi 
          I got error while installing mono 2.2 on osx 10.4 tiger ,
           At the last moment of tnstallation it give me that "There was error in 
           installation, please reinstall it again" . And mono could not be installed. I 
           downloads the .dmg  file from the mono site itself for the os x . suggest me any 
           procidure to do this task....
