[Mono-osx] [PREVIEW] Continuum 0.2 - a native OS-X IDE for Mono

It looks great. As many others says, MonoDevelop is not OS X native app
and is very buggy - maybe later it will be good project, after some
integrations... Currently, I use Visual Studio on VMware and compile it
from make files on OS X side.
Main feature, that I want to have in Continuum is IntelliSense - I can't
work without this :) Set this to priority number one! :)
