[Mono-osx] kiosk mode

I am upgrading a mono application. I am moving from 1.2.4 to 2.6.4. This
application runs on both windows native and Mac Mini OSX 10.4.11. On the Mac
the application runs as a X11 application. My issue is when I upgrade to 2.6
the Apple topmost menu bar is displayed. Nothing has been changed except to
upgrade from mono 1.2.4 to 2.6.4. So my question to the community is why is
the top most menu bar now showing.
