[Mono-osx] Announcing the release of Mono 2.4.3

Yesterday we released Mono 2.4.3.  This release contains a large number
of bug fixes, including fixes for security bugs.

We have not released LiveCD or Appliance images because we are working
toward a 2.6 release in the near future.
