[Mono-osx] (DESPERATE!!) Getting Mono to work with Apache in Mac OS X Leopard

Hello Curtis,

I am so grateful for your help. Here is what I did:

- Removed MacPorts completely with the suggestion on MacPorts manual
page.
- Installed again MacPorts from the latest DMG
- Did the changes to macports.conf and variants.conf
- Installed glib2 and libtool
- Built mod_mono from scratch
- ./configure etc. like you suggest (no errors!)
- make -> (no errors!)
- make install -> success!
- changed httpd.conf

So now I am waiting for the big success. But alas. Apache will not
start. Here is the error from the log

18.08.09 16.36.19 org.apache.httpd[17206] httpd: Syntax error on line
497 of /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 8 of /etc/
apache2/mod_mono.conf: Cannot load /usr/libexec/apache2/mod_mono.so
into server: dlopen(/usr/libexec/apache2/mod_mono.so, 10): image not
found

What can be wrong? All the includes are in place but I have no idea
about the "image not found".

Thank you,
/asle
