[Mono-osx] GDI+ OSX performance

Hello all, I'm revisiting an old issue. Has anyone seen (big) performance
issues with Mono + OSX regarding the use of:

Graphics grafix = Graphics.FromImage(SomeBitmap);  ?

Any feedback welcome. As always, thanks in advance.
