[Mono-osx] Xsp will not refresh

When I fire up XSP I'm able to view a rendered Aspx file. However if I make
an edit to the file and refresh the browser the changes do not appear. It
appears to only do this if I'm in dreamweaver or textmate. I have to
shutdown xsp and restart it in order for the refresh to show the changes.
However this problem doesn't occur with TextEdit. Any ideas on how to fix
this?
