Try modifying the monodevelop bash script to not have "exec -a
MonoDevelop" (assuming it's there).

I don't know what exactly causes it, but I've seen use of "exec -a"
cause RegisterProcess errors on many 10.4 machines.

I haven't had a chance to try out this latest version of MD on my Mac
yet, so it could be something else entirely.
