[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop-1.9-3

Up to now I tested MonoDevelop with my admin user.
As part of the tests I changed to another user on my machine
("simple" user without any administration rights).
Strange but successfull: Monodevelop came up without any errors.
I managed to create a empty vb.asp project.
I cannot continue the tests before Monday due to other tasks.
