[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop 1.9 for OS X release!

Renaming doesn't work for me. 

I have OS 10.4 and installed Mono 2 (which works fine) and then Monodevelop
1.9 (which doesn't run at all when I double click it and renaming makes no
difference).
