[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop 1.9 for OS X release!

This is weird...

In the dmg is the Monodevelop.app.  I copy it to my applications folder,
launch it and get gobs of missing dependencies errors/warnings...it's
basically DOA.  I go back and run the uninstaller script, reinstall Mono and
the Monodevelop.app, and still get the same thing.  Then I start comparing
how the package contents of this version are different from the previous
one...and I see the previous version is named MonoDevelop.app. 
MonoDevelop.app, not Monodevelop.app.

Could it be that a lowercase "d" in the app name is the culprit?  Oh, yes it
could!  When rechristened MonoDevelop.app, it works like a charm.  No
problems so far.
