[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop doesn't run - "MonoDevelop-Deployment"exception

Geoff,
This cures the problem (for me anyway) with the gtk-sharp, glade-sharp
assemblies etc. not being found and not appearing when editing references in
MonoDevelop! The Glade# project from the C# Samples now runs ³out of the
box².
