[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop doesn't run - "MonoDevelop-Deployment" exception

I got the same error. 

I resolved it by clicking 'OK' to all the exceptions, and then going
into the addin manager once the interface loads and disabling the
addins that failed to load properly.

Once that is done, close the IDE, and re-open it. The errors wont
happen anymore.

It seems that the recent MonoDevelop build for os/x included default
addin selections for some linux-specific addins ..... but that is just
my guess :)

I have upgraded from MonoDevelop Beta 3 and Mono 1.2.6 to MonoDevelop
1.0 and
Mono 1.9 and now MonoDevelop doesn't run. The following message
appears:
