[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop doesn't run

I have upgraded from MonoDevelop Beta 3 and Mono 1.2.6 to MonoDevelop 1.0 and
Mono 1.9 and now MonoDevelop doesn't run. The following message appears:



Exception occurred: The required addin 'MonoDevelop.Deployment,1.0.0' is not
installed.

'MonoDevelop.Deployment,1.0.0' is not installed.
