[Mono-osx] How to build Mono.Framework?

Thanks for your reply. Forgive my ignorance, but I can't figure out  
how you use the "buildpackage" script in conjunction with the mono  
source code. Do you build the normal "mono" branch first, then run  
buildpackage by hand afterwards?
