[Mono-osx] Mono.framework 1.2.6_6 gtk-sharp issues

It includes monodoc.dll but not the browser as that requires a gtkhtml  
widget we dont support.

This likely wont be happening soon.  Whats wrong with export PATH=/opt/ 
local/bin:$PATH ?
