[Mono-osx] Form.TransparencyKey & Form.FormBorderStyle problem

Hi there,

I am having trouble getting a pop-up looking right on X11. It works fine on
Win and Linux but on X11 Form.TransparencyKey, Form.FormBorderStyle, and
Form.Opacity don't seem to be working.

This is what it should look like:

Does anyone know if there is a way around this problem or will I need to
solve it by not using a pop-up?
