[Mono-osx] Suggested Enhancement for Cocoa.String

Hi,

If you need a package, you can download it from the Mono website  
directly.

I usually build from SVN, which works fine. Since Mono Bug Day even  
eglib (--with-glib=embedded) works, which reduces the number of  
dependencies and should work around the current glib build problems on  
Leopard.
