[Mono-osx] Mono & DTrace

Actually -- if this could be put together, it might be possible  
instrument the runtime such that you could create a post trace with  
enough information to build up something like Bil Lewis' Omniscient  
Debugger which would actually leap frog traditional debuggers in  
terms of functionality and and what not.
