[Mono-osx] An open letter to the OS X Mono group.

Apple OSX projects were featured from day 1 on the Summer of Code on the
Mono page, sadly nobody applied for any of the MacOS X related tasks.  

Am puzzled as to why, as we got applications for pretty much everything
in that page.
