[Mono-osx] Bug 81069

Could someone close to the System.Web world have a quick at look at  
this for me.  It has been open for sometime with no acknowledgement,  
so I looked into it myself and spent the day on it (sadly) - in the  
end it appears to be a simple fix.

I use mono daily for my work, and this has kept me from upgrading  
past the initial 1.2 release - test case is there, seems like a  
frightfully simple bug to have made it this far...
