[Mono-osx] Error: Cannot Open Assembly

Having finished installing the CSharp Plugin from Susan Mackay I  
wanted to test the installation. Following the instructions posted on  
the site I clicked 'Build and Run' and low and behold I got an error.

[Session started at 2007-01-31 01:26:03 -0700.]
Cannot open assembly CocoaSharpTest.exe.


I am new to XCode and don't really understand what this could mean.  
Is this a permissions issue with XCode?


Any guidance would be appreciated.
