[Mono-osx] Fwd: XCode Plugin

Hi,

Thanks for the installer project file. I have uploaded it into SVN. I made
a few small changes to it. The main things is that the packages to be
included must be copied to a directory name 'dist' in the root of the
project folder. The installer just grabs the contents of the folder and
packages them up. We should schedule a release of the installer at some
point.
