[Mono-osx] License for CSharpPlugin?

I second what Andreas has stated. I downloaded some of Damien's plugins and
compared them to Susan's. Since Susan's code is certainly based on Damian's
stuff, the CSharp plugin code must be GPL (at the very least all the *.h
and *.m files). The spec files can be whatever Susan wants. I personally
like the MIT license since it is simple and permissive. I also understand
putting all the stuff under the same license (GPL) as Damien has done.
