[Mono-osx] License for CSharpPlugin?

My code certainly IS based on Damien's code, and I believe this is
acknowledged in the documentation and most of the source files. However, a
quick look over the files/documents I have printed out failed to show any
license information other than 'copyright' statements.
To me, this shows the power of these discussions: it beings together the
best of the knowledgeable people.
