[Mono-osx] "missing libgdiplus.dylib in 1.2.6_2"

I'm getting the same error with the 1.2.6_2 preview when I macpack to get
the native driver (even if I go into the package and change the environment
variable to MONO_MWF_USE_CARBON_BACKEND!). I've checked all the config files
in the gac folder and they all point to the correct place.
