[Mono-osx] Mac Mono advice sought

Hi everyone,

How do developers on the Mac debug problems in Mono?

I'm in the process of porting the back-end of a Windows .Net 2.0  
application to the Mac using Mono. At the moment I'm bringing up the  
unit tests to see what works and what doesn't. The first one that has  
failed seems to be pointing out  a problem in  
System.Configuration.ApplicationSettingsBase.

What do folks think is the best way to go about diagnosing something  
like this?
