[Mono-osx] Still trouble with 1.1.16

This is trying to use the OSX driver, which has not been maintained for
months, you need to use X11.

I will turn the OSX driver off, as it is only going to be a source of
confusion for people, when the driver is updated, we can turn it back
on.
