[Mono-osx] Use of Eclipse as a .NET IDE

Textmate can also be configured to be a reasonable IDE for mono on mac - 
although I've not spent enough time with the bundle system to really 
make it work the way I'd like.  Unfortunatlely due to some weirdness 
with the way XSP launches you can't shell-script the restarting of XSP 
from within Textmate for ASP.NET application testing, but apart from 
that it's pretty sweet.  Has SVN integration, colour coding, a great 
"snippets" implementation etc.
