Actually, now that I think about it this is not the problem.  What David 
is seeing is correct behavior because he had Mono installed going all 
the way back to 1.0.4.  If you install a new version of the framework it 
should not overwrite an old one...  (I didn't have 1.0.4 installed at 
all on the build machine.)

I'll look and see what's going on.
