[Mono-osx] macpack

On OS X:

/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/1.1.7/man/man1/macpack.1

Easiest way is to add:
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/1.1.7/man

to your manpath (echo "MANPATH /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/ 
Versions/1.1.7/man" >> /usr/share/misc/man.conf

Then type 'man macpack'.

In other unix variants you'll need to find out where man.conf is  
stored (usually in /etc/) and there may be similar magic you can do  
for cygwin if the manpages are even included in the windows package.
